		<description>I have been doing this for years.Up at 2am,1 1/2 hours to get things done and prepare for work,out the door at around 330am for a 32 mile bicycle ride to work by 6am,catch the bus home after 8 or 10 hrs of work,home at 615pm,eat walk dogs,get stuff done,in bed by 8pm.
 I take a nap at lunch,I don&#039;t over eat,and try to eat healthy foods like beans and veggies,but have a weakness for hamburger,I love it.
 My co-workers think I&#039;m nuts,and tell me so,while I bury them in efficiency and run circles around them.It Ususally takes me 1 hour and 40 minutes to get to work,but on good days as little as 1 hr 15 min.
 Get rid of your car,you don&#039;t need it,you are a coronary bypass in the making,the medical industry loves you to be unhealthy and in need of medical care.
 I am 46 years old.</description>
