A Day Without Tears
I don't cry often and have often wondered why.nbsp; I frequently have depression and feel badly about myself or the way my day is going, but I seldom cry.nbsp; Others who have depression or bipolar disorder cry on a daily basis.nbsp; I wonder why therenbsp;are so manynbsp;differences innbsp;depressednbsp;people's behavior. BRBRMost of us with depression feel sad and many of us feel unmotivated.nbsp; Many of us sleep too much and some of us can't sleep.nbsp; Some of us over eat and a few of us lose our appetites.nbsp; Many of usnbsp;eat all of the time, or binge eat, or have cravings for things like chocolate.nbsp;nbsp; Mental health problems can easily lead tonbsp;having problems with our physical health.nbsp; BRBRRelationships often suffer when one or more persons has depression or bipolar disorder.nbsp; It takes a great deal of tolerance and understanding to keep your relationship with your significant other on an even keel, while battling depression.nbsp; It also requires a lot of love and communication.nbsp; BRBRRecently, someone told me they cry once, every day.nbsp;nbsp; My heart went out to them but I wasn't sure how to respond.nbsp; Since then, I've wondered if a good cry every day would helpnbsp;to release some of the bad feelings and allownbsp;one to go on about the job of living and loving.nbsp; However, I think it would be very hard on a person to cry every day and it makes me sad to think of that happening to someone I care about.nbsp;nbsp;BRBRToday I'd like to wish all of us who have problems with depression, a day without tears.nbsp; nbsp;
