		<description><![CDATA[I'm feeling much better and hope to be doing a lot more blogging in the weeks to come.&#160; I'm betting some of you have wondered why I chose the domain name, ozzieblackcat for a site about depression.&#160; Well, I'm going to tell you all about it in this post.&#160; <BR><BR>Several years ago when I decided I wanted my own domain, I tried to think of something unique as well as something that wasn't already taken.&#160; At that time I had no idea what I was going to use the domain for.&#160; I know....not good planning.&#160;&#160; Anyway, I wanted the domain name of Ozzie because I have a blackcat named......Ozzie.&#160;&#160; Well, Ozzie was already taken, of course.&#160; <BR><BR>I decided to run Ozzie's description together with his name..... thus, ozzieblackcat.&#160;&#160; I&#160;use the name ozzieblackcat as an online identity sometimes.&#160;&#160; I also use the name Ozzie as an online identity.&#160; (my preferred identity)&#160; <BR><BR>I built my first website using Microsoft Publisher.&#160; It is no longer online but I still have it on my computer and it is&#160;still my favorite website.&#160;&#160;&#160; I have a small website called&#160; </A><FONT size=+0><A href="http://www.ozzieblackcat.com/"><FONT size=1>Ozzie's Place</FONT></A>&#160;</FONT>where you can see a few pictures of my family members and learn more about both me and my blackcat.&#160; I hope to expand that site someday soon.&#160; <BR><BR>A couple of years ago I decided to start blogging about depression and chose to use the domain name I already owned.....because I like it so much.&#160;&#160; So, there you have it.&#160;&#160; This is&#160;how a depression&#160; blog and the domain name, ozzieblackcat, came about.&#160; <BR><BR>Please visit:<BR><A href="http://ozzie-avon.blogspot.com/" target=_blank>Ozzie Reviews Avon</A>]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<P dir=ltr style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px">Yesterday I saw my brother, David who is bipolar.&#160;&#160; If you are a regular reader of this blog&#160;you know I've been concerned about him recently.&#160;&#160; He's been suffering a great deal with depression lately even though he sees a mental health provider and takes his prescription medication on a regular basis.&#160;&#160; <BR><BR>I'm happy to report&#160;David was a bit better yesterday as we visited over lunch and went to one of our favorite flea markets.&#160; It was a beautiful sunny day and we had a good time, which&#160;reminded me of something I wrote about depression several years ago.&#160; I'm a firm believer that in addition to professional help and medication, sunshine and fresh air&#160;are some of our best friends in battling depression.&#160; David makes it a point to&#160;take advantage of&#160;all&#160;of these helpful ways of dealing with depression and I believe&#160;his efforts are&#160;once again getting him through&#160;a difficult time.&#160;&#160;<BR><BR><U>The Sun Shines on Me&#160;</U><BR>by Susan King<BR><BR>The sun shines down upon my empty soul today<BR>just one small ray lifts my spirits up<BR>my depression eases and I somehow find a way<BR>to make progress and then fill&#160;my cup<BR>with&#160;hope of peace.<BR><BR>The sun shines light into my lonely heart today<BR>I feel&#160;it's warm glow as if I were near a fire<BR>my anxiety slowly, slowly seems to melt away<BR>I once again want things&#160;I dearly love and I desire<BR>to pursue my dreams. <BR><BR>The sun shines bright upon my troubled mind today<BR>the enlightenment I feel is quite intense<BR>my worries drift off to the shadows by the way<BR>and I can finally think more clearly and make sense<BR>as I live my life again. <BR><BR><BR>Please visit:<BR><BR><A href="http://ozzieblackcat.com/">Ozzieblackcat Home Page<BR></A><BR></P>]]></description>
